    Captain Dakota was dynamite. It was a tough bite that day. We would catch a few sea trout in a spot, and once we weren’t catching, we would try a new spot. As stated, the morning was a little slow, Captain Dakota kept trying to put us on the fish. Long about noon, we were fishing in a little tributary off the bay and hooked a 12 lb redfish that had the line screaming off the reel. After about 10 minutes, I finally got him in the boat. No more than 10 minutes later, I hooked a 9 lb Jack Crevalle. Another great fight. Not 10 minutes later, hooked a nice snook. Not the fight of the other 2 but it finished off “The Slam.” Less than 10 minutes later, I hooked a big snook, ripping the line off the reel. Lost him after 4 minutes. The one that got away. Best hour of fishing I’ve ever had. Thanks Captain Dakota. I’ll be back for sure!

    Incredible experience fishing on Dakota’s boat, more than plenty of live bait. Caught all different species Cobia, gag grouper, BIG redfish, Jack, Flounder. Caught fish all day. Got snapped off twice by something HUGE. Dakota is attentive, anytime I got snapped off Dakota hooked up new leader and hook in less than 3 minutes with a bait back in the water. 10/10 Recommend fishing with Dakota.
